How to Access

Go to the Fields Manager. To add a new Field, click on the "New" button in the toolbar. To edit an existing Field, click on the Field's Name or click the Field's checkbox and then click on the "Edit" button in the toolbar.


This is where you can add a Field or edit an existing Field.



At the top right you will see the toolbar:

  • Save. Save it and return to the main page of the Manager.
  • Apply. Save it, but stay in the same page.
  • Close. Return to the previous page without saving your work.

Field type

Select the type for field from the drop-down list box

Field Name, Label, Default Value

Field Name. The internal name of the field
The label of this field. This will be displayed on the contact form.
Default Value.
The default value of the field

Associate field to SugarCRM fields

You can associate field to one or more SugarCRM fields in differents SugarCRM module. To enable association box, click first on Apply button in toolbar. One the box enabled click on open icone

When you click on this icon, a window, containing SugarCRM fields list, will be opened .

Click on the label link to associate SugarCRM field with the field.

Aftre you click on label link the window close and field are added to association box.

To delete association between the field and SugarCRM field, select the SugarCRM field in association box and click on the icon

You can accociate ore than one field.
